Thank you so much for the feedback. I wonder what the issue with the atomizer/sprayer was. Sometimes the sprayers take a decent bit of presses to fully prime the internals of the sprayer before any spraying actually wants to happen. I appreciate the review so much! Vanilla Planifolia is overall a fantastic fragrance. It's not overly sweet, it creates an intimate scent bubble, and it'll last for over 24 hours on your skin/clothes.....It is quiet luxury in a bottle. The fun part about VP21 is that it can be enjoyed on its own but it can also be layered so well with many fragrances such as Kilian Angels Share, Guerlain Peche Mirage, Guerlain SDV.

Wanted to love this after allllll the hype. It was just okay for me especially considering the price point. I have several other vanilla perfumes I prefer one this for a fraction of the price.

Amanda - I actually enjoy this fragrance a lot but you're right - I don't enjoy it enough for the $600+ price point. It can be really beautiful for layering - spray Vanilla Planifolia on first (twice) and then go with something else sweet or fruity like Guerlain Spiriteuse Double Vanille, Guerlain Feve Gourmand, or Kilian Angel's Share. Most people rank Guerlain Spiriteuse Double Vanille as the greatest vanilla frag ever made so try that out....Its $600 but you get 200ml instead of 50ml. If you want to be more unique - try Indult Tihota which is an underrated vanilla frag produced by the master perfumer Francis Kurkdjian. If you want something viral - go with Bianco Latte or Matiere Premiere Vanilla Powder :) Thanks for the review!
